Reformer Pilates is a fantastic all-around workout that improves strength, posture, flexibility, balance, and endurance. You can target specific areas or work your entire body for lean and toned muscles. Plus, it’s so enjoyable that it doesn’t feel like a workout! Our classes have a maximum of 4 students, so be sure to book in advance.
To be considerate of others, kindly cancel your class at least 12 hours before it starts if you can’t make it, giving someone else the chance to join in. Thanks!

Welcome, we would love to have you in class. Our wonderful instructors are here to guide you through the class. So, it’s safe to start with any of our classes. We recommend testing out the heated class and if things get a little to heated for you feel free to take a break any time you need one.
A mat is definently great if you have one, but we do have some you can borrow to get you started. You are welcome to bring ankle and/or hand weights if you want to spice up your workout.
Yes we do! We have creche so you can enjoy your class, while your little one is safe and sound!
