Soundshowers offer an opportunity for deep relaxation reducing stress and anxiety. The vibrations of instruments including crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, bells and hand drums, promote emotional healing. By balancing energies and supporting the mind and body connection you may see improved sleep quality, pain management immune system strengthening and a boost to overall wellbeing.
